Trade & Channel Marketing Manager Remote

INOPRO is an international premium brand in the Oral Care and Beauty & Wellness categories. Products are presented in the USA, Europe, and Asia, with an upcoming launch in the Russian Federation market. We are looking for a specialist for the systematic scaling of the brand in B2B channels and retail.

Responsibilities: • Development of annual marketing plans and promo calendars for B2B partners • Launch of in-store activations and sales stimulation in retail chains (Sprouts, Kroger, Walmart, Target, CVS) • Synchronization of SMM and influencers with retail activities (geotargeting, "where to buy" traffic) • Sales monitoring (sell-in/out, turnover), ROI calculation, and budget control • Providing partners with materials (POSM, launch kits) and brand asset control

Requirements: • 3+ years in trade marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing • Experience with promo calendars, shopper marketing, and in-store activations • Understanding of working with retail media networks (Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc.) • Experience coordinating SMM and influencer teams • Knowledge of US, European, or Asian markets • English B2+ (negotiations and communication)

Will be a plus: • Experience in beauty, wellness, oral care, FMCG categories • Understanding of Amazon, retail, and distribution models
