Key Functions:
- Market monitoring and partner search/analysis of partner offers.
- Development and agreement of promotions with partners (mechanics, preliminary efficiency calculation, contract preparation and conclusion).
- Preparation and launch of promotions (preparation of promotional materials, POSM layouts, promotion setup, order issuance, approval, client communication).
- Support for promotion execution.
- Settlement of accounts with partners.
- Analysis of promotion results, development of recommendations for improving promotion parameters.
- Budgeting for work with partners and cross-promotion.
- Preparation of seasonal and annual plans regarding partner work.
- Initiation and management of projects related to the development of interaction with partners.
Our Expectations:
- Marketing experience of 3 years or more.
- Practical skills in partner interaction, launching promotions and cross-promotions.
- Experience in contract management and working with contractors.
- Participation in marketing and product projects.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs will be an advantage.
- Higher education (Marketing).
- Proficiency in software: MS Office, Confluence, Tableau, electronic document management systems.
- English language level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.
