Senior Brand Manager

Title: Senior Brand Manager Company: Uncle Vanya Location: Moscow Experience: From 3 to 6 years

Responsibilities: Market Situation Research:

• Conducting regular market analysis: demand dynamics, seasonality, key players and their shares, price and price index monitoring.

Consumer and Market Trends and Technologies Research:

• Conducting consumer research.

Brand Assortment Strategy Management:

• Managing the existing assortment matrix and developing new assortment in accordance with identified consumer trends based on sales market analytics;

• Preparing "selling presentations" for the sales department with market trends, key product advantages, target audience, and shelf positioning;

• Interacting with internal functions to manage new product launch processes: commerce, R&D, sales department, trade marketing, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of marketing experience in an FMCG company;
• Proven results: project cases;
• Understanding of the full marketing cycle and ability to build processes: from strategy and positioning to tactical launches and analytics;
• Digital marketing: understanding of channel operations and ability to choose those suitable for the task and niche.
• Out-of-the-box thinking, high creativity;
• Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint.

Conditions:

• Work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00;
• Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
