MacCoffee is looking for a Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
Market and competitor analysis:
- Conducting analysis of the market situation, competitive environment, and consumer preferences
- Analyzing market trends to define category development directions
- Identifying competitive threats and opportunities for brand growth
Brand strategy development and implementation:
- In collaboration with the current MacCoffee brand team, creating and implementing short- and long-term brand development strategies, developing a communication platform
- Defining and updating brand positioning and its key distinguishing features (USP)
- Planning and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and loyalty
Assortment management:
- Developing/relaunching the current product assortment according to consumer demands, including the launch of new products/categories/brands
- Monitoring the relevance and competitiveness of the assortment
- Developing and implementing the annual marketing plan
- Controlling budget execution and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities
Trade Marketing:
- Participating in the development and approval of trade marketing activities, special programs for NKA, LKA
- Collaborating with the POSM Manager to develop POSM, approving the budget for POSM
Analytics and reporting:
- Sales analysis and volume forecasting for the category
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the brand
- Preparing reports and presentations for the sales department and management
Cross-departmental interaction:
- Coordinating work with sales, finance, production (factory), R&D, procurement, business analytics departments, and other units for project implementation
- Supporting the sales department in achieving planned targets
Working with partners and agencies:
- Interacting with external partners, creative and media agencies, suppliers
- Monitoring partner compliance with obligations
Requirements:
- At least seven years of experience as a Brand Manager in an FMCG company (preferably food products)
- Experience in NPD projects (experience with local production is desirable)
- English language – intermediate level
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient PC user (MS Office, 1C)
