Responsibilities:** Key tasks:

• Implementation of the 5P strategy.
• Development of a promo activation calendar.
• Creation and launch of effective promo mechanics, ROI assessment.
• Development of Trade Marketing standards and control of their implementation in the field.
• Preparation of tools for implementing the channel strategy.
• Management of the POSM lifecycle.
• Support for new product launches.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5+ years in FMCG trade marketing; practical experience in alcoholic categories and/or working with regional chains and distributors is desirable; team management experience.
• Education: higher education (marketing, economics, management, or related fields).
• Tools: advanced Excel/Google Sheets; PowerPoint; BI (Power BI); experience with distributor data and/or Nielsen/GfK/retail panels; 1C/SAP/equivalent; merchandising/audit applications.
• Analytics: building business cases, calculating ROI/sales growth, basic statistics.
• Skills: project management, negotiation, presentation skills, time management, cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of regulatory restrictions on advertising/promotion of alcoholic products in the Russian Federation; experience with legal approvals.
• English – from Intermediate (desirable).
• Willingness to travel on business trips.
