This position is for someone who knows how to turn analytics into a living system of promotions and calculate margin, not turnover. There is data on fleet balances and utilization in the regions — we need to build working promotion mechanics for the B2B audience from it.

📎 What you will do:

• Develop promotion mechanics for regions based on analytics of balances and utilization • Determine where, what, and on what terms to boost to increase equipment utilization • Calculate the economics of each promotion — margin and increment, not just turnover • Describe the launch and metrics for the B2B audience (procurement specialists of industrial enterprises)

📎 What's important:

• Experience in trade marketing, preferably in B2B, rentals, distribution, or equipment • Ability to work with analytics and translate numbers into specific mechanics • Understanding of promotion economics — marginality and incrementality, not gross indicators
