We are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the company's development.
If you have experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, love numbers, spreadsheets, analytics, and can think strategically, we would be happy to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:
- Data analytics: working with large data sets, analyzing market trends, promotion effectiveness, and ROI of marketing activities
- Planning trade marketing events, including their pricing for the month, quarter, and year
- Working with trade marketing tools: pricing tools (promo plans, bonus programs, etc.), BTL, ATL
- POS material management: ordering and placement of wobblers, shelf talkers, stoppers, and branded equipment. Inventory and control
- Developing and implementing category promotion strategies
- Partner communication: planning trade marketing activities within partner media kits, regular cross-functional interaction within the company
- Tender management: selecting contractors for trade activity implementation
- Processing and approving reporting and financial documents.
Our expectations:
- Higher education (Marketing, Advertising, Mathematical Analysis, Audit, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably FMCG) as a trade marketer, trade marketing manager, or marketer
- Knowledge of the FMCG market: understanding industry specifics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior peculiarities
- Mandatory experience interacting with retail chains and distributors
- Successful case studies with measurable results (sales growth, increased shelf share, improved promo campaign effectiveness)
- Marketing analysis and forecasting skills
- Advertising campaign effectiveness analysis skills
- Experience with successfully implemented projects for brand development and strengthening in e-commerce
- Understanding of omnichannel: experience in developing strategies that integrate online and offline sales channels
- Knowledge of sustainable development principles: integration of environmental and social aspects into trade marketing strategies
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, logistics, finance, and branding departments
- Readiness for business trips: frequent visits to retail outlets to monitor promotions and merchandising
- Advanced Excel skills
- Responsibility, communication skills, initiative, result-orientedness, ability to work independently and in a team, active life stance.
- Proficient spoken and written Russian.
