What you will be doing:
- Strategy and Analytics:
- Actively participate in managing your category as part of the business unit
- Conduct regular analysis of the market, competitors, and consumer trends using internal and external data
- Help identify growth areas, market "white spots", and new opportunities for the brand
- Participate in product pricing
- Planning and Budgeting:
- Participate in forming target sales volumes and P&L for products
- Plan promotion resources and control marketing expenses with the manager
- Work on increasing product margin through effective budget allocation and interaction with the commercial department
- Prepare trade marketing activities and promotions in conjunction with the trade marketing department
- Marketing and Communication Strategy:
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies: from target audience analysis and positioning to launching advertising and promotional campaigns
- Assist in selecting and optimizing communication channels to strengthen brand equity and stimulate sales
- Product and Assortment Development:
- Participate in projects for the development of new products and optimization of the current portfolio
- Analyze consumer properties and appearance of products to ensure they meet market requirements and brand DNA
- Cross-functional Interaction and Project Management:
- Effectively interact with cross-functional teams: advertising, trade marketing, sales, production, R&D departments
- Coordinate the execution of project tasks, ensuring their timely completion within budget
Our requirements for candidates:
- Higher education (preferably in Marketing or Economics)
- Successful experience as a Brand Manager or Junior Brand Manager for at least 1.5 years in FMCG / Retail / Cosmetics
- Understanding of marketplace principles and promotion
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
- Ability to extract insights from market data (experience with databases, knowledge of Nielsen principles will be an advantage)
- Experience in developing and launching marketing and advertising campaigns
- Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience participating in new product launch projects will be a plus
