We are looking for not just a "person who posts pictures", but a field strategist who knows what's happening at the storefront level and can turn traffic into checks.
Your tasks:
1. Managing the "face" of the outlet:
Street and hall ownership: You are responsible for making the display case "sell" and ensuring the guest immediately understands what to buy.
Visual merchandising control: Implement promotional materials, menu boards, and video content in collaboration with brand managers. You are the person who ensures that everything at the outlets looks exactly as the brand intended.
2. Launching local marketing:
Creating "buzz": Finding and launching collaborations, partnerships, and promotions with neighbors (local businesses, residential complexes, schools, etc.) that bring guests "here and now".
Traffic generation: Transferring creative ideas from the central office to the local level, taking into account the specifics of each outlet.
3. Network support and feedback:
Partners' right hand: You are the link between brand strategy and on-site reality (franchisees and outlet directors).
Field control: Regular visits to outlets to audit marketing activities. Collecting "raw" feedback from the field: what works, what bothers guests, why a promotion didn't work.
You are an ideal fit for us if you have:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing (preferably in the restaurant business, retail, or FMCG). You understand how operations work on the ground.
Data analysis: You don't guess, you calculate. Revenue, average check, promo share, conversion – these are your basic metrics. You know how to analyze numbers and propose new promotions based on them;
Packaging skills: You understand what makes up an ideal product: a captivating visual + a clear description + a strong offer;
Process management: You know how to set clear technical specifications for designers and contractors so that they don't have to be redone 10 times. You speak the language of meaning, not just "make it beautiful";
Tools: Excel / Google Sheets are your loyal friends (pivot tables and simple data visualization are fundamental);
Mobility: You are ready for regular travel to outlets in Moscow and the surrounding region. You don't mind spending a day "in the field," researching guest behavior.
