Regional Marketing Department Manager
What you will be doing:
- Implementing the format marketing strategy in the regions;
- Searching for and forming a database of contractors for marketing services, organizing tenders within the approved process, interacting with local Account Managers for the implementation of promotional activities and PR for supporting regional promotional events;
- Developing, approving, and implementing a plan to support stores and territories that are not reaching their sales potential;
- Budgeting and monitoring the effectiveness of budget spending within the area of responsibility. Budgeting, organizing, accompanying, and monitoring celebratory openings;
- Leading communication with Account Managers and the District team to ensure high-quality execution of federal marketing activities and strengthening at the local level.
What is important for us:
- Experience in trade marketing, marketing in large FMCG/Retail companies;
- Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- Knowledge of the consumer, market, and buyer analytics;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Willingness to travel throughout the Russian Federation.
