WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in fashion retail (middle segment and above);
- Experience with sales techniques and stages (personal sales);
- Experience as a mentor, ability to motivate and coordinate staff work;
- Interest in the world of fashion;
- Strong communication skills and fluent speech;
- Desire and ability to work in a team to achieve high results;
- Optimism and an active life position, desire for self-improvement and growth, result-orientation;
- Ability to understand fabrics and create fashionable looks will be an advantage.
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:
- Achieving the Brand's store sales plan;
- Monitoring and analyzing key commercial performance indicators of the store;
- Controlling operational and inventory processes in the Brand's store;
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards;
- Participating in the motivation, adaptation, and development of employees;
- Participating in inventory;
- Forming a positive image of the Company and attracting new Brand fans;
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the sales area.
