Stylist-Consultant Vacancy at Ushatava Boutique

Key Responsibilities:
- working with clients, creating individual looks;
- sales, meeting KPIs;
- developing the client base, building strong and long-term relationships with Ushatava clients;
- maintaining the visual standards of the boutique's design;
- product care;
- working with the cash register and 1C;
- participating in external and internal events that contribute to achieving the overall goals of the team and Ushatava as a whole;
- adhering to internal regulations and standards.
What we expect from you:
- minimum 2 years of experience in sales (fashion-retail) or services;
- experience in the luxury segment is desirable;
- proficient PC user, 1C skills;
- ability to develop and maintain quality relationships, articulate speech;
- ability to work effectively in a team, flexibility;
- loyalty and reliability, orientation towards long-term cooperation.
