Perfume and cosmetic supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko invites a Store Director to the team, who will lead one of the stores and implement their ideas together with a team of like-minded people
Responsibilities:
- Organize the operation of a store with an area of 1500 m2 or more
- Engage in strategic planning for the development of the assigned store
- Achieve set goals and KPIs
- Analyze performance indicators, propose new tools for effective store operation
- Organize the process of recruiting, onboarding, and training a team of 100+ people
- Set tasks for the management team and control the work of personnel
- Identify potential and develop employees, maintain engagement and motivation within the team
- Build partner communications with colleagues from various departments within the company
- Continuously develop personal and professional competencies
Candidate Profile:
- Willingness to relocate and travel for business
- Ability to adopt and implement changes
- At least 2 years of experience as a retail store director for a store of 350 m2 or more
- Experience in the Beauty or Fashion industries will be an advantage
- Experience managing a team of 20+ people
- Experience managing business processes (sales/merchandise/warehouse)
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work with a large volume of information
- Possess a high level of empathy, communication culture, and service skills
