Brand Manager at Perfume and Cosmetics Supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko

Perfume and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Brand Manager with knowledge of English.

You will work in the ELFLab department, where the team is involved in the production and development of its own brand (brand FOR ME).

What you will do:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for brand development in accordance with company goals
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns aimed at brand development in the region
• Manage the brand based on analysis of the market, competitive environment, and target audience
• Participate in the formation of pricing policy
• Manage the assortment matrix
• Formulate proposals for introducing and withdrawing products from the market
• Increase sales in the Middle East market by strengthening marketing, working with price positioning and assortment
• Participate in launching the brand in the Chinese market: conduct a comprehensive analysis of competitors and networks, build plans for launch and promotion
• Be responsible for sales, achieving revenue and profitability targets
• Provide comprehensive marketing support across all channels: e-commerce, offline, influencer, digital, CRM, and others
• Prepare analytical and reporting documentation on the results of all brand activities

Candidate expectations:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Confident command of English at B2 level or higher
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to work with a large volume of information
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Fashion and beauty industry awareness
