You will work in the BrandLab department, where the team is responsible for the development and promotion of the company brand, creating a unique identity that sets the company apart from competitors, as well as establishing an emotional connection with consumers to attract and retain clients.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Strategic brand management: develop marketing strategies, ensure compliance with brand standards at all touchpoints
- Analyze the competitive environment, culturally adapt communications and brand values, manage pilot launches
- Formulate the marketing budget (annual/quarterly), control expenses and track return on investment (ROI)
- Project and advertising management: plan, launch, and evaluate the effectiveness of online and offline campaigns, as well as organize image-related shoots
- Lead cross-functional marketing projects, involving related departments
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:
- Similar successful experience of at least 3 years in the development of skincare cosmetic products
- Knowledge of the cosmetic industry market and understanding of customer needs
- Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
- High level of organization and strategic thinking
