Bosco di Ciliegi is looking for a Commercial Director.
Bosco di Ciliegi is one of the largest players in the fashion industry. The company includes more than 130 stores of various types.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing proposals for the development of the Sublime jewelry line
- Constant monitoring and analysis of the competitor market (prices, loyalty systems, product mix, etc.) with reporting to the direct supervisor
- Preparing proposals for product mix and suppliers in accordance with the approved concept
- Analyzing the client base, studying the needs of clients in various categories to increase the loyalty of Sublime clients and increase their purchasing activity
- Achieving planned performance indicators (sales plan fulfillment and approved KPIs)
- Preparing sales plan proposals for management (seasonally)
- Calculating the procurement budget with all necessary parameters for the Sublime jewelry line. Seasonally
- Controlling the high-quality preparation of orders, controlling the budget allocation, delivery and payment schedule, stock turnover, and final markup ratio
- Controlling the timely dispatch of correctly formatted Final Orders to suppliers
- Forming seasonal and annual analytical reports
- Forming a report on the fulfillment of the procurement budget
- Preparing proposals for marketing activities and promotion of the line
- Forming a pool of reliable suppliers
- Timely formalization of agreements with strategic partners, ensuring long-term relationships and optimal working conditions
- Compiling and presenting prospective and current development plans for brands to management
- Controlling the sales process directly at retail points
- Organizing and conducting personnel training
- Supplying personnel with necessary product materials seasonally
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Advanced Excel skills
- Mandatory experience in the purchase/sale of jewelry and watch lines
- Deep knowledge of market conditions, developed analytical skills, ability to work with numbers (analysis/planning/budgeting)
- Fluent in English
