Responsibilities:
- Analysis of industry and market trends to identify opportunities for revising the product assortment and sales channels;
- Development and implementation of a strategic development plan;
- Formation of a product portfolio, successful implementation of the product matrix;
- Identification of customer needs, their categories, and focus;
- Planning and development of product promotion programs, creation of initiatives to stimulate demand and sales;
- Formation of pricing, assortment, and marketing policies;
- Monthly achievement of sales plan targets: sales volume, profit, market share growth;
- Increasing sales volumes, expanding sales channels, market research, tracking new trends, monitoring competitors and price conditions;
- Implementation of transparent reporting (plan/actual/forecast) for managers and related teams;
- Suggestions to management on improving work within the department and the company as a whole, proposing new sales models, developing an assortment matrix based on the obtained data.
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, technical);
- Experience as a Commercial Director/Sales Director/Development Director for 5+ years;
- Experience in developing and implementing effective, results-oriented methods for increasing sales levels;
- Strategic and analytical thinking;
- Results-oriented;
- Leadership qualities and communication skills;
- Stress resistance and energy.
