Development Director
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a commercial strategy with a focus on sales growth and increasing market share in categories;
- Identifying new markets and growth niches, developing hypotheses for business growth through marketing and sales;
- Conducting a comprehensive audit and analysis of the company's current sales system, identifying key growth points and developing measures to improve the efficiency of commercial activities;
- Analyzing the competitive environment in all sales channels (competitors' assortment and offers, their strengths and weaknesses, sales conditions), identifying weaknesses in the company's pricing policy;
- Preparing proposals for adjusting the pricing system, taking into account market conditions and the competitive environment;
- Analyzing competitor shelf prices and the company's products, managing this process by forming inbound shipping prices to clients;
- Developing and controlling trade marketing activities;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of price promotions to determine the most optimal price for the company's products;
- Planning the promotion budget, controlling its target and effective use;
- Forming a development strategy for key categories across all sales channels;
- Creating rules for annual planning of marketing activities;
- Forming an annual plan for launching new products;
- Setting listing plans for sales department employees;
- Developing and controlling compliance with company product display standards in retail outlets;
- Developing a strategy for promoting products in the field of AI and data analysis, brand management;
- Market research to identify new opportunities, analyzing customer behavior to increase loyalty.
We expect:
- Higher economic or marketing education;
- Experience at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and analytics — preferably in the FMCG segment;
- Successful experience in developing category strategies, managing assortment, and improving category efficiency;
- Marketing analysis and forecasting skills;
- Knowledge of methods for studying consumer motivation;
- Responsibility, communication skills, initiative, results-orientation, active life position.
