We invite a Head of Development to a Company producing soft furniture for business and beyond

Location: urban-type settlement Nakhabino, Institutskaya street, 1 (5–7 minutes walk from Nakhabino station; corporate parking available)

UNISTYLE specializes in the production of premium contract soft furniture for office centers, social facilities, hotels, and private clients. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious leader for a company specializing in the production and sale of premium contract soft furniture. Your task is to take the Company to a new level, expand market presence, and increase sales.

What you will do:

• analyze the operational activities of the division and propose measures to improve sales efficiency and business development;
• organize and conduct negotiations and presentations (including at the highest level): identify client needs, facilitate contract conclusion;
• research the market and competitor activities, generate ideas for business development and market entry;
• build partnerships with designers, architectural bureaus, and other key market players;
• manage product assortment, pricing policy, and sales strategy;
• monitor competitor activity and promptly respond to market changes;
• prepare reports on the division's development dynamics, market conditions, and competitive environment.

We expect you to have:

• successful experience in a similar position in the B2B sector (office furniture, office lighting, ceiling/floor coverings, etc., office, hotel, public space fit-outs) for at least 3 years, primarily in sales development and assortment policy;
• proven experience in effective personal sales and developed negotiation skills;
• willingness to act as a "player-coach": not only manage the process but also actively participate in sales;
• a higher professional education;
• understanding of business economics: comprehend its development patterns, familiarity with basic methods and technologies;
• leadership qualities, independence, initiative, and an active life stance;
• a creative and eco-friendly approach to tasks and their implementation.

Will be an advantage:

• experience in the relevant segment with premium furniture (or related fields);
• deep understanding of the wholesale furniture market specifics and the current state of our market segment.
