Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Development and implementation of commercial, procurement, pricing, assortment, and marketing strategies for sales development
- Analysis of the competitor market and consumer trends to identify growth and development directions (food products)
- Organization and management of the sales system, development and implementation of effective methods and tools to increase volumes
- Development and maintenance of existing sales channels and search for new key customers
- Monitoring of competitor pricing policies and adaptation of own pricing offers
- Ensuring sales plan fulfillment
- Control of payments and cash receipts, reduction of accounts receivable and payable
- Participation in budgeting and financial planning, control over the execution of financial indicators and analysis of budget deviations
Candidate Expectations:
- Higher education
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the B2B market as a Commercial Director (in a manufacturing and trading company, dairy or confectionery products) with a turnover of at least 2 billion rubles/year
- Successful experience in sales management and commercial strategy development
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods and tools
- Ability to work with financial indicators, budgeting, and forecasting
- Management skills, interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain business relationships with clients and partners
