Commercial Director
The non-profit public-state educational organization "Znanie" Russian Society is looking for a Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of commercial activities, including the development and implementation of sales and investment strategies
- Conducting negotiations with key clients
- Ensuring sales plan fulfillment
- Market analysis, price policy formation, development of service packages and presentation materials
- Searching for new sales channels, expanding the client base, and minimizing risks
- Monitoring economic indicators, analyzing commercial activities, and preparing reports
- Budgeting and evaluation of investment instruments
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience in managing a commercial department (B2B sales)
- Experience in developing commercial strategy and commercial plans
- Budgeting and project financing control skills
- Experience working with budget sources (grants, subsidies, state procurements) or with government organizations
- Leadership qualities, a high level of self-organization and responsibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
