Commercial Director
📍 for a major non-food retail company with a network of over 500 stores
Requirements: — Experience in a senior commercial role in a large-scale retail company; — Experience managing a network with a large number of stores and a wide assortment; — Experience in non-food retail, clothing, jewelry, food products, or other mass market categories; — Practical experience managing multiple sales channels: retail stores, own online store, and marketplaces; — Deep understanding of retail sales, assortment management, product categories, and private label brands; — Strong commercial analytics and KPI-driven management skills; — Successful experience in improving the efficiency of a retail network and implementing changes; — Ability to build interaction between departments and negotiate with heads of different divisions; — Willingness to deeply immerse in operational activities and personally bring decisions to fruition; — Ability to act as a full partner to the owner or CEO in discussing commercial strategy.
