Role: • Management of the complete production and commercial cycle of the group of enterprises. • Development and implementation of business development strategy. • Management of assortment policy and product portfolio. • Improving production efficiency and capacity utilization. • Responsibility for achieving target indicators for revenue, margin, production volumes, cost of goods sold, and EBITDA.

What is important: • Higher professional education. • Management experience in the food industry with a turnover of 10+ billion rubles — experience managing the complete production and commercial cycle is mandatory. • Experience in developing and implementing commercial policy. • Confirmed cases of business growth, profitability increase, and operational efficiency.
