Key Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of the company: P&L, team (50+ people), all sales channels;
- Development and implementation of a strategy for exponential net profit growth (goal — ×2 by 2027);
- Identifying growth points, analyzing current sales channels, auditing the team and structure;
- Reviewing KPIs and implementing a result-oriented motivation system;
- Managing investments in growth: profitability assessment, sales and marketing analytics;
- Building a transparent operational system: processes, regulations, automation;
- Strengthening the current team, together with the HR department;
- Implementing regular management in Bitrix: setting goals, tasks, controlling execution.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience as CEO/Executive Director/Managing Director in companies with a turnover of 2 billion rubles or more (FMCG, distribution, e-commerce);
- Proven experience of exponential net profit growth in previous roles (with specific figures and timelines);
- Understanding of marketplace operations (Wildberries, Ozon): unit economics, logistics, promotion and sales specifics;
- Experience in building an operational system from scratch or deep transformation of an existing one;
- Ability to work with data: market, competitor, trend analysis, ROI and unit economics calculation;
- Willingness to travel to Lipetsk.
