Russian decorative cosmetics brand BONYA BEAUTY is looking for an E-commerce Operations Director who can build and systematize the company's operational work, establish interaction between departments, and take over the management of daily business processes.

The company operates in the e-commerce and goods business sector. The team consists of 4 on-site employees and 8 remote employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and developing the company's operational structure.
• Coordinating office staff, warehouse, remote team, and contractors.
• Setting up clear business processes, regulations, and areas of responsibility, accounting.
• Monitoring deadlines, tasks, quality of execution, and results.
• Working with product processes: procurement, warehouse, inventory, shipments.
• Controlling financial indicators, expenses, planning, and reporting.
• Participating in legal and contractual matters in collaboration with lawyers.
• Optimizing processes and eliminating operational failures.
• Generating management reports for the owner.

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial operational position.
• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing company, goods business, or a related field.
• Understanding of the full cycle of a goods company's operation: procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, sales, returns, document flow.
• Team and contractor management skills.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and bring tasks to completion.
• Basic understanding of finance: P&L, budgets, expenses, margin, cash flow.
• Understanding of the legal aspects: contracts, parties' liabilities, claim handling, document flow.
• Systemic approach, responsibility, independence.
• Ability to negotiate with people, manage conflicts, and maintain work discipline.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and make quick decisions.

• Experience working with cosmetics, clothing, accessories, or other consumer goods.
• Experience working with marketplaces, online stores, fulfillment.
• Experience implementing CRM, warehouse accounting, management reporting.
