Cosmetics manufacturer Sofis (7DAYS) invites a Commercial Director to join the team, someone who knows how to build teams, manage a department, set tasks, control, train, and achieve sales growth.
What needs to be done:
Sales Development:
- Management of key clients at the federal level;
- Formation and execution of sales plans (sell-in/sell-out) for all offline channels;
- Control of marketing and promotional activities, implementation of new client interaction formats;
- Sales analysis, development of proposals to increase turnover and shelf share.
- Demand forecasting, inventory control, order formation.
Team Management:
- Sales department management;
- Setting KPIs, controlling plan execution, motivating and developing employees;
- Mentoring team leaders, developing their leadership competencies;
- Joint negotiations with key clients, participation in major deals;
- Ensuring accurate CRM and reporting, control of sales standards.
- Providing weekly performance reports;
- Maintaining reports in CRM.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Drogerie for 5-7 years, with at least 3 years in a management position;
- Experience in managing a sales department, several teams or groups;
- Deep understanding of network retail, category management, listing and promotional activities;
- Good communication skills, confident speaking.
- Successful experience working with federal and regional network clients;
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, planning, and presentation skills;
- Leadership qualities, systematic approach, strategic thinking;
- Readiness for business trips and a dynamic work pace;
- You are ready to combine office work with fieldwork and personally train subordinates in sales techniques as a "playing coach";
- You are not afraid of an irregular working day;
- Excellent PC and CRM skills (1C, Bitrix24, Excel, Google Sheets).
