Dymov Ceramics, a manufacturer of tableware, is looking for a Commercial Director.
Dymov Ceramics is a Russian brand of authorial ceramics and home decor items with its own production. The company combines artisanal traditions, modern design, and high quality, creating products valued by both private buyers and the professional community.
Today, the company is actively developing several business areas: tableware and interior items, corporate projects, HoReCa collaborations, own retail, e-commerce, educational programs, and event projects.
They are seeking a Commercial Director who will take full responsibility for the commercial results of the business, become the owner of the P&L, and build a modern sales, marketing, and brand development system.

Key Responsibilities:
Forming the Commercial Strategy:
- Develop and implement a unified commercial strategy for business development
- Develop B2B, B2C, HoReCa, e-commerce, own retail, marketplaces, masterclasses, and event projects
- Identify new growth points, launch new products, and new sales channels
Managing Financial Results:
- Be responsible for the commercial P&L
- Achieve revenue, gross profit, and margin targets
- Manage the assortment matrix (SKU)
- Develop pricing policies
- Optimize costs in collaboration with production
Production and Assortment:
- Formulate the assortment strategy
- Manage production load in conjunction with the operations team
- Balance demand and production capacity
- Monitor the efficiency of production cycles and SLA compliance
- Sales Development
B2B:
- Develop sales to restaurants and hotels
- Corporate gifts
- Work with interior designers and architects
- Develop dealer and distributor networks
- Develop chain sales
B2C:
- Own retail
- Online store
- Marketplaces
- Social media and digital sales channels
Marketing and Brand Development:
- Develop brand positioning
- Manage marketing strategy
- Content marketing, PR, and collaborations
- Digital and performance marketing
- Develop the media plan
- Create news triggers and increase brand awareness
Event Marketing:
Develop projects that strengthen the brand and increase sales:
- Masterclasses
- Ceramic and gastronomic tours
- Joint projects with hotels and travel companies
- Special events and collaborations
Team and Business Processes:
- Build a unified commercial function (Sales + Marketing)
- Form, develop, and motivate the team
- Develop a KPI system
- Implement CRM and ensure sales funnel transparency
- Establish processes for lead management, repeat sales, LTV, and retention
Partnership Development:
Develop long-term cooperation with:
- Restaurants and hotel chains
- Architects, designers, and interior studios
- Artists and creative communities
- Corporate clients
- Media and opinion leaders
Candidate Expectations:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Commercial Director, Sales Director, or Development Director
- Practical experience in managing a commercial P&L
- Experience in manufacturing companies, retail, HoReCa, or FMCG
- Experience in developing omnichannel sales
- Practical experience in developing e-commerce and marketplaces
- Experience in managing assortment matrix (SKU) and pricing
- Skills in managing production assortment and interacting with production
- Experience in building and developing strong commercial teams
- Proficiency in modern CRM tools, sales analytics, ROMI, LTV, and unit economics
- Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial approach
