Main Goals:
- Take control of the company's operational activities, increase production capacity, and achieve planned indicators through effective management decisions.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Analysis, development, and implementation of operational strategies.
- Decomposition of strategy into specific plans and tasks.
Process Management:
- Management of daily operational activities across key blocks: production, warehouse, sales, marketing, finance.
- Optimization and automation of existing business processes.
- Development and implementation of standards for process improvement.
Financial Management:
- Budgeting, cost management, and analysis of financial performance.
- Control of financial and economic activities.
Personnel Management:
- Leadership, training, motivation of staff, performance evaluation.
- Recruitment of employees and contractors.
Requirements:
- Successful work experience as an operational/executive/general director for at least 3 years, priority for candidates from the fashion industry.
- Time management. High level of work organization, both personal and team.
- Advanced skills in planning, analysis, and forecasting of key business indicators.
- Experience managing a team of 60+ employees, including recruitment, training, motivation, and employee development, with a strong focus on building an effective organizational structure.

- Knowledge of 1C. UNF, experience with CRM systems (AMO, B24).
