Responsibilities:
Operational block:
- Full control and optimization of business processes: production, logistics, retail stores, online sales.
- Building internal systems: developing structure, processes, allocating areas of responsibility.
- Developing development plans and concepts.
- KPI management (production deadlines, turnover, assortment availability).
- Participation in the development of the company's strategy.
Commercial block:
- Development and implementation of commercial strategy.
- Evaluation and payback of new locations, format selection (franchising/own stores).
- Distribution development: opening new locations, finding partners.
- P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance control.
- Sales team management: motivation, development, KPI setting.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles (Operations/Commercial Director, Development Director) in fashion retail or clothing manufacturing.
- Skills in P&L management, financial planning, and cost optimization.
- Deep understanding of the specifics of retail, e-com, and production.
- Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, readiness to work in a high-growth environment.
