A manufacturer of healthy desserts, ProteinRex, is looking for an Operations Director.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Operational Management - P&L control, ensuring sales plan execution, synchronization of commercial, production, and supply chain departments.
- Production - Management of own and contract production sites.
- Supply Chain - Demand planning, optimization of logistics and warehouse infrastructure.
- Quality - Reduction of defects, returns, negative feedback, implementation of a quality control system.
- Economics - Optimization of fixed and variable costs.
Requirements:
- COO/Operations Director experience of 3–5 years.
- Experience in FMCG (desirable: food / functional / dairy / confectionery / supplements).
- Strong experience in production and supply chain management.
- Experience in business scaling and new product launches.
- Experience working with federal retail chains (X5, Magnit, etc.).
