A large FMCG company is looking for a strong Chief Operating Officer (COO) capable of ensuring business efficiency growth, scaling operations, and managing key business processes of the company.
Responsibilities:
- The main task is to ensure sustainable operational efficiency of the company, increase business profitability, optimize processes, and manage all operational areas.
- Development and implementation of the company's operational strategy in line with business goals.
- Management of the full operational cycle of the business.
- Control of production, logistics, commercial, and support processes.
- Improvement of operational efficiency, cost reduction, increase in productivity and EBITDA.
- Supply chain optimization (Supply Chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse infrastructure).
- Budgeting, KPI, financial efficiency management of the operational block.
- Building a system for managing processes, regulations, and performance metrics.
- Change management, automation, and digitalization of business processes.
- Development of the management team, formation of a culture of responsibility and results achievement.
- Interaction with owners, CEO, commercial, and financial departments.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Operations Director / COO / Executive Director in FMCG companies for 5+ years.
- Deep understanding of processes: production, supply chain, logistics, planning, operational management.
- Experience in managing a large-scale business, multifunctional teams, and P&L.
- Proven experience in improving efficiency, optimizing costs, and transforming processes.
- Strong leadership competencies, systemic thinking, high level of managerial maturity.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment focused on growth and results.
