Head of Logistics Department at "United Confectioners" Holding
Confectionery holding "United Confectioners" is looking for a Head of Logistics Department to drive the development and efficiency of the entire supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the holding's logistics development strategy.
- Management of finished goods warehousing.
- Management of the branch network of regional warehouses (34 regional sites).
- Organization of logistics for production sites (14 facilities).
- Control of raw material and component storage.
- Management of international logistics (import of raw materials and components).
- Search and provision of alternative raw material delivery options (Africa, Latin America, Europe).
- Effective inventory management.
- Formation of priority and medium-term development goals for the department.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service (SL, DIFOT).
- Reduction of logistics costs and minimization of losses.
- Implementation of modern logistics management tools and technologies.
- Analysis and optimization of business processes, team development.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education (technical/economic).
- At least 5 years of logistics management experience in large manufacturing or trading companies (food products).
- Deep understanding of warehouse, transportation, and international logistics.
- Practical experience in optimizing logistics processes and reducing costs.
- Strategic and operational planning skills.
- Experience managing a distributed team and projects.
- Systems thinking, leadership qualities, results orientation.
