We are looking for a Store Supply Chain Manager at Leman PRO (Leroy Merlin).
Responsibilities:
- Management of the hypermarket's logistics chain between sales floor and warehouse areas, inventory management;
- Organization and optimization of work with suppliers, distribution centers, dark stores;
- Formation of the division's development strategy;
- Implementation of new tools to improve key performance indicators of the supply chain;
- Compliance with deadlines and quality of order fulfillment for clients (individuals, legal entities, e-commerce);
- Team formation, training, and development;
- Interaction with related departments, participation in company-level projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Management experience in a similar position in warehouse or transport logistics;
- Experience in team formation and management;
- Business planning, experience in process organization and resource management;
- Systemic and entrepreneurial thinking, high level of management skills, readiness to solve non-standard problems;
- Experience in retail will be an advantage.
