Requirements:

— Higher technical education; a second degree in "Economics" or "Management" will be an advantage. — At least 5 years of experience as head of the supply department at a large industrial enterprise (2,000-3,000+ employees). — Experience in heavy machinery enterprises; — Experience managing a team of 50+ employees. — Experience in managing transport logistics, warehouses, and procurement department. — Good knowledge of office software and document management. — Ability to work in a multitasking environment, skills in tactical and strategic planning, honesty, independence, communication skills. — Willingness to travel on business.

Responsibilities:

— Market analysis of relevant materials and services, selection of suppliers in accordance with set tasks. — Development of procurement and logistics strategy within the framework of the company's policy. — Development of a strategy for cooperation of services, settlement policy. — Implementation of modern business processes and practices for procurement and logistics with the aim of cost optimization and increased operational efficiency. — Implementation of an effective management system – interaction with suppliers, based on contractual relationships and supplier performance evaluation. — Organization of the uninterrupted supply process for the enterprise with necessary main and auxiliary materials and services (responsibility for the entire supply cycle from supplier search to internal logistics). — Ensuring a reduction in the cost of materials and services while maintaining their quality. — Organization of procurement of equipment, tools, etc., including for foreign economic activity (FEA). — Interaction with (internal) clients, ensuring uninterrupted order fulfillment, production planning, and material supply. — Management of transport logistics, optimization of logistics costs. — Effective management of material inventory. — Organization of internal logistics, warehouse management, internal transport. — Effective management of the directorate's personnel, their training and development.
