A producer of Morozko products is looking for a Procurement Director.
MOROZKO Company is one of the largest deep-frozen food producers in Russia. The products of the "MOROZKO" plant are released under several well-known brands: "Tsezar", "Caesar", "Tsezarenok", "Morozko", "Morozko Green", "La Trattoria", "Zharyonki", "La Reine", "El Rimio".
Responsibilities:
- Managing the procurement department at the company's largest production site for the efficient supply of production with quality raw materials and packaging materials
- Optimizing and analyzing costs for raw materials and packaging materials
- Expanding the supplier base
- Conducting tenders and negotiations with suppliers (RF and Belarus) to reduce costs and obtain better terms
- Improving the efficiency and transparency of procurement processes by using electronic trading, describing and implementing procurement policies and procedures
- Supplier localization
- Controlling claim handling with suppliers, direct involvement in cases of complex/disputed quality claims
- Ensuring clear interaction of the procurement department with other departments of the Company
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Organizational and management skills
- Experience with a large range of goods
- Leadership qualities, analytical mindset, systematic thinking, performance. Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Activity, independence in work, initiative and creativity in finding solutions
