Key Responsibilities: — Development and implementation of procurement strategy and contract management policy. — Centralized procurement and support for large projects (CAPEX). — Conducting negotiations with key suppliers and concluding framework agreements. — Management of the procurement team, competency development, and KPI implementation. — Budget control, TCO reduction, and implementation of cost-saving measures. — Implementation of digital solutions (e-procurement, ERP, analytics).

Requirements: — Higher education (economics, logistics, engineering, or equivalent). — 7–10 years of experience in a leadership role in procurement within a large industrial/oil and gas company. — Ability to conduct negotiations on large contracts; experience with EPC/FIDIC is welcomed. — Knowledge of SRM, contract management, and supply risk assessment. — Experience implementing digital tools in procurement is an advantage.

Russian — fluent, English — working level.
