About the company:
We operate in the public procurement sector: supplying goods and equipment to government customers throughout Russia. We work with various tender categories and develop specific areas within the company.
We are currently looking for an experienced specialist who knows their field well from the inside and already has practical experience in government, corporate, or commercial procurement. We value the ability to understand the subject matter and technical specifications, be knowledgeable about pricing, work with suppliers, and fully process a procurement before a decision on participation is made. Having your own supplier base, direct contacts with manufacturers, and established customer contacts will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing tender documentation for participation eligibility;
- Selecting goods according to technical specifications;
- Obtaining the best price and delivery terms from suppliers and manufacturers;
- Calculating tender profitability;
- Gathering necessary technical materials and documents for participation, in accordance with the documentation;
- Contract support from signing to full execution.
Will be a plus:
- Own established base of suppliers and manufacturers;
- Direct contacts with factories and distributors;
- Own base or established contacts with customers.
Requirements:
- Practical experience with procurement under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, as well as commercial procurement;
- Understanding of the procurement process from opportunity search to contract conclusion;
- Ability to work with procurement at the planning and needs formulation stages;
- Experience in a specific professional niche or industry;
- Knowledge of product specifics in your field;
- Knowledge of manufacturers and suppliers;
- Understanding of market prices for products and services;
- Ability to analyze technical specifications and tender documentation;
- Understanding of risks that may arise during contract execution;
- Ability to work with a large volume of information and in a multitasking environment;
- Attentiveness and analytical mindset;
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Responsibility in work;
- Willingness to learn, develop, and acquire new skills;
- Desire to develop in a specialized area and show initiative in work;
- Negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of 1C and MS Office.
