We need a Tender Support Specialist. You will become the owner of the company's tender funnel. Your task is to build a system where each stage of a deal is transparent and controllable.
What you will be doing:
- maintain the procurement calendar
- collect commercial offers
- prepare a full package of documents for tenders, form and submit applications
- control procurement deadlines and support deals of related company departments
- assist in forming procurement criteria, analyze competitor criteria and similar procurements
- interact with the finance department on issues of bank guarantees and other financial processes
- search for tenders on federal and commercial electronic trading platforms (ETPs), including under 44-FZ and 223-FZ
- conduct initial procurement qualification, assess risks, and calculate participation economics
- interact with tender specialists on the customer side
- organize the obtaining of necessary certificates and employee training
- monitor the relevance of leads in Bitrix24 and remind managers to update information
- maintain a database of tenders and record the reasons for wins and losses
- meet performance targets
We expect you to:
- have relevant experience in an IT company for at least five years
- know the legislation in the field of procurement under 44-FZ and 223-FZ
- be able to work with electronic trading platforms
- be a confident user of computers and office software
- be able to work in Bitrix24
It would be great if you have:
- experience in analyzing lost tenders and identifying reasons for losses
- experience in organizing the obtaining of certificates and employee training
