AGIMA is a major digital integrator that has been designing, developing, and supporting web and mobile products for businesses since 2006. We work on complex tasks where scale, reliability, clear user experience, and a strong team are important.
We are currently looking for a Tender Specialist to help us systematically find relevant tenders, prepare bids, and manage the company's participation in commercial and government tenders.
What you will do:
- Monitor tender platforms and search for relevant tenders in digital, IT, development, support, and related services;
- Analyze tender documentation: requirements, deadlines, risks, evaluation criteria, bid composition;
- Prepare and submit bids for participation in tenders;
- Work with electronic trading platforms (ETP), accreditations, personal accounts, electronic signatures;
- Interact with legal, finance, sales, project, and production teams;
- Request and collect necessary documents, certificates, experience confirmations, commercial proposals;
- Control deadlines for submitting bids, clarifications, protocols, and signing contracts;
- Maintain a register of tenders, statuses, results, and participation analytics;
- Use AI tools for analysis, verification, and automation of some tasks;
- Help improve the internal process of preparing tender bids.
What is important to us:
- At least 3 years of experience with tenders;
- Understanding of the stages of participation in tenders and the composition of tender documentation;
- Experience with commercial tenders, Federal Law 44-FZ and/or 223-FZ;
- Confident work with ETP and electronic signatures;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously;
- Proficient written communication skills;
- Willingness to use AI tools in your work;
- Ability to quickly grasp requirements and ask precise questions to colleagues.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in IT, digital, development, consulting, or project services;
- Experience preparing bids for large corporate procurements;
- Understanding of contract work and basic legal formulations;
- Experience with bank guarantees and bid security;
- Ability to analyze competitors and procurement results.
