Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an IT solutions sales manager. This should be an experienced professional who has worked in a similar role for at least 3-5 years. We expect the person in this position to understand the needs of companies in the specified areas and have established relationships with decision-makers at the client's end.

Candidate Requirements:

Professional Experience

• Proven experience in active sales of IT/Information Security solutions for over 3 years;
• Portfolio of projects with successful IT/Information Security solution implementation cases;
• Experience with procurement procedures and tender processes;
• Knowledge of the specifics of regulatory requirements in the field of IT and information security.

Client Base

• Updated database of 15+ contacts;
• History of successful partnerships with key market players;
• Understanding of the decision-making structure in large client organizations.

Sales and Negotiations

• Proficiency in presentation methods for top management;
• Skills in conducting complex multi-stage negotiations;
• Ability to handle objections;
• Understanding of IT solution pricing.

Analytical Skills

• Ability to analyze client needs;
• Skills in working with large data sets;
• Ability to assess the economic efficiency of solutions.

Education and Certifications

• Higher education in IT, economics, or finance;
• Information security certifications (will be an advantage).
