About Us
We are a major spa operator in Southern Russia. We develop the SPA and wellness sector, working with equipment, cosmetics, consumables, services, and the design of SPA complexes.
We are looking for a specialist who will take on the search, analysis, and support of tender procurements in our field.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring tender platforms and searching for procurement procedures in the SPA sector:
- supply of equipment, cosmetic products, and consumables;
- applications for the provision of a complex of SPA services and massages, acquisition of gift certificates;
- applications for the design of SPA complexes, wellness centers, beauty salons, fitness centers, and similar facilities.
- Analysis of tender documentation: technical specifications, maximum contract price (NMTsK), participant requirements, deadlines, risks, profitability.
- Coordination of participation in tender procurements with management.
- Preparation and collection of documentation for tender participation: applications, forms, certificates, declarations, permits, experience confirmation, etc.
- Interaction with lawyers, accountants, and specialized professionals during application preparation.
- Submission of applications, participation in auctions, requests for proposals, and quotations.
- Transaction support until contract signing, control of document flow and obligation fulfillment.
- Maintaining a tender database, analyzing results, reporting on participation.
Requirements
- Experience in tender procurement from 1 year (44-FZ, 223-FZ, commercial procurements).
- Knowledge of tender platforms, procedures, and application preparation rules.
- Ability to analyze documentation, calculate profitability, and assess risks.
- Experience in preparing turnkey applications.
- Proficient in Excel, 1C, EDS (Electronic Document Interchange), CRM.
- Attentiveness, independence, responsibility, ability to work on time.
Will be a plus
- Understanding of the SPA, wellness, beauty, medical, and cosmetology markets.
- Experience in procuring equipment and consumables.

- Payment: piece-rate — % of transaction margin or contract amount. Discussed individually.
