AVS is looking for a Client Acquisition Manager. The job is remote, with a flexible schedule and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

Independently find clients for the company's services: through recommendations, relevant online and local communities, and other suitable platforms. Clarify the client's request and forward the application via the work Telegram bot. Utilize materials from the work hub and coordinate conditions with the company.

What's important

Communicate clearly and friendly, adhere to agreements, and accurately relay application details. Have a computer or smartphone, internet access, and Telegram. Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Conditions

There is no fixed salary. Compensation is 20% of each fully paid order from an acquired client. Clients are assigned to the manager indefinitely. Repeat fully paid orders from the same client also earn 20%. Income depends on acquired clients and paid orders; we do not guarantee a specific amount. Flexible schedule, possibility to combine with other employment. The work hub contains instructions and materials. Anna provides assistance during the onboarding phase and ongoing support.
