ANODHAS AI is looking for a B2B Client Acquisition Manager

We develop Telegram bots, CRMs, and business process automation. We are looking for someone to help us find clients and turn interest into concrete projects.

What you will do:

• Find potential clients and reach out to owners and managers.
• Identify business needs and propose a discussion of solutions.
• Organize meetings with the studio founder.
• Maintain a lead database and manage communication until order payment.

The technical evaluation, scope, pricing, and deadline agreement will be handled by the founder. The implementation will be done by the team.

Who we are looking for:

A person who can initiate business conversations, listen attentively, and conduct negotiations consistently. Experience in B2B sales, IT services, or automation will be a plus.

Conditions:

Remote work with no fixed salary. Remuneration for attracted and paid orders. The amount, calculation base, client assignment, and payment procedure will be agreed upon before cooperation begins.
