Who we are looking for: ✅ Active salespeople with B2B experience, ideally from the linear personnel outsourcing market ✅ Former or current HR/HR Directors with a client contact base or former heads of enterprises who can easily and simply provide workers to an enterprise, guaranteeing the benefits of outsourcing. ✅ Successful brokers in other industries who want to change their niche (the skill of finding clients and closing deals is still the same!). ✅ Entrepreneurs without their own business who want to earn money through connections. ✅ Anyone with "burning eyes" and the audacity to call first.
What needs to be done: • Monitor the market (warehouses, production facilities, construction sites, logistics centers) - we will show you the most effective tools in our industry. • Reach out to top management (Directors, Owners, HR Directors). • Sell the idea of outsourcing (our task is to guide the conversation towards practical application) - we have a whole arsenal of proven objection handling techniques. • Close the deal for contract signing - you definitely know how to do this!
What you get: • A cool and in-demand product (fast personnel deployment, high level of service). • 5% (!!!) of ALL client payments for 3 (THREE!!!) months from the start of the project. You receive a percentage not once, but for a whole quarter! As long as the client pays us – you will receive an SMS from the bank about the money transfer. No limits: If you bring in a good client, your percentage will be calculated from a turnover of millions of rubles per month (on average, an outsourcing client brings in 2-3 million rubles/month). Example calculation: If a client pays us 2,000,000 rubles per month, your income for three months will be: 100,000 + 100,000 + 100,000 = 300,000 rubles from just ONE client!
