A modern, engineering and service Company is looking for: "Deputy Head of Foreign Economic Activity Department"
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of the department's work;
- Analysis of the department's performance results;
- Planning and distribution of work within the department;
- Development of internal and external business processes of the department;
- Formation of department goals and maintenance of reporting and analytical work;
- Participation in the supplier search process;
- Conducting negotiations with counterparties;
- Control of the execution of key obligations;
- Delivery planning;
- Financial planning;
- Preparation and conclusion of foreign economic contracts;
- Control of payments to suppliers;
- Coordination of shipments with suppliers;
- Minimization of goods delivery costs;
- Search for alternative logistics chains;
- Organization of customs clearance;
- Establishment and maintenance of business contacts.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team of 5+ people;
- Experience with similar functionality – more than five years;
- Experience in the machine-building industry with engineering and technical equipment;
- Experience working with Suppliers (China, India, Europe);
- Experience in searching for Suppliers (China, India, Europe);
- Experience in conducting negotiations and agreeing on optimal cooperation terms;
- Experience interacting with brokers and customs authorities;
- Experience in confirming the customs value of goods;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of foreign economic activity;
- Experience working with certification bodies;
- Knowledge of technical regulations and standards for product certification;
- Experience working with European countries during the sanctions period;
- English language at least C1;
- Conversational Chinese – will be a plus;
- Understanding of the logistics chain and stages of cargo movement for different types of transportation (import/export);
- Understanding of the specifics of transporting sanctioned goods from China, EU, UAE, etc.;
- Readiness to work with a large nomenclature of spare parts and equipment, with a large volume of information and documentation;
- Experience working in Bitrix24.
