The perfume and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Legal Support Group
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of FEA lawyers overseeing legal issues in CIS countries
- Assign tasks to subordinates, monitor their timely and quality execution
- Evaluate the performance of lawyers, conduct regular 1:1 meetings
- Recruit, onboard, and develop employees in the department
- Oversee legal support for the company's foreign trade operations
- Supervise contractual work (foreign trade contracts, distribution agreements, agency agreements, etc.)
- Coordinate interaction with related company departments
- Represent the company's interests in negotiations with key counterparties on complex cases
- Develop and update internal regulations, contract templates, and other local acts
- Build and optimize internal FEA legal support processes
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher legal education. Additional economic education will be an advantage
- Experience in contractual work related to FEA
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Experience in assigning tasks and controlling their execution within a team
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a multitasking environment
