The perfumery and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Head of Foreign Trade Legal Support Group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the group of foreign trade lawyers overseeing legal issues in CIS countries
- Assign tasks to subordinates, monitor deadlines and quality of execution
- Evaluate the performance of lawyers, conduct regular 1:1 meetings
- Recruit, adapt, and develop employees in the department
- Oversee the legal support of the company's foreign trade operations
- Supervise contractual work (foreign trade contracts, distribution agreements, agency agreements, etc.)
- Coordinate interaction with related company departments
- Represent the company's interests in negotiations with key counterparties on complex cases
- Develop and update internal regulations, contract templates, and other local acts
- Build and optimize internal processes for foreign trade legal support
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher legal education. Additional economic education will be an advantage
- Experience in contractual work related to foreign trade
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Experience in assigning tasks and monitoring execution within a team
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a multitasking environment
