Head of Legal Department in a Manufacturing and Trading Company
The vacancy is open due to the employee's relocation to another region.
Responsibilities:
- Full legal support for a manufacturing and trading company;
- Preparation of draft contracts and related legal documentation, coordination of contracts with counterparties, etc.;
- Claim and litigation work (including personal participation in court hearings);
- Work in the field of corporate law (small volume) and drafting internal regulations, orders, directives, work in electronic document management systems;
- Legal support for the activities of the marketing, HR, sales, and procurement departments;
- Support for issues related to intellectual property and basic tax matters;
- Interaction with counterparties, notaries, banks, government authorities – responding to inquiries, etc.
- Management of lawyers; currently, 3 lawyers are expected to report, with the possibility of hiring another lawyer in the future if the workload increases, task delegation, performance monitoring, etc.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience of more than 7-8 years in manufacturing and trading or manufacturing companies, including management experience of a team for at least 2 years;
- Mandatory experience in contract law, commercial law, labor law, litigation experience, and representation in courts;
- Practical experience in intellectual property and experience with tax law is a significant advantage;
- Confident knowledge of civil law with a focus on commercial and contract law;
- English language proficiency from B1;
- Skills in participating in business negotiations, conducting business correspondence.

- Office located near Belorusskaya metro station, hybrid work arrangement after the probation period. Open to discussing a semi-remote work format (with at least one week per month in the office and court visits in Moscow as needed).
