DomClick real estate service is looking for a Head of Department of the Legal Unit "Guaranteed Transaction".

Responsibilities:
- Remotely/hybrid manage a department of 15 lawyers;
- Monitor the performance of department employees;
- Mentor department employees;
- Achieve department targets;
- Organize work processes to solve assigned tasks;
- Provide legal and methodological support;
- Make suggestions for optimizing work processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher legal education;
- Team management skills: task setting, execution control, mentoring, employee development, performance appraisal;
- Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, ability to work in a multitasking environment;
- Proficient oral and written communication, high-level negotiation and business correspondence skills;
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for them.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working at PJSC Sberbank, or in the real estate industry.
