The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the elite real estate market, comprehends the specifics of transactions and the needs of premium clients, and can transform existing processes using digital solutions.

Project Goal:
- Develop a pricing and product strategy for the development of the elite segment.
- Implement the strategy and a new format for the premium real estate elite service based on our ecosystem.
- Success criterion: create the best digital elite real estate service in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy for the premium real estate service.
- Study the market, competitors, agency business models, and client needs.
- Understand the full transaction cycle: from client acquisition to closing.
- Identify opportunities for digitalizing transactions and improving the work of brokers and agencies.
- Formulate and test hypotheses, launch MVPs, analyze product and business metrics.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to implement the strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in elite real estate and practical understanding of transaction processes.
- Understanding of how brokers work, client acquisition, and agency economics: sales plans, turnover, commissions.
- You are an excellent negotiator and know how to listen to clients.
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty.
